"Access Denied"
iPrism may not think it should filter a user for several reasons. More
"Connection Failed"
iPrism isn't able to reach a requested web
server. More
"Connection Reset"
MAC Firefox users may get this instead of "The Page cannot be Displayed." More
"Invalid
Password"
Check "Caps Lock," special characters, local vs. domain account.

"Invalid
Request"
Likely a badly formed URL, could be a user training issue. More
"Invalid URL"
Likely a badly formed URL, could be a user training issue. More
"iPrism Access Denied"
iPrism has probably become "dis-joined" from the domain controller.

"The
Page cannot be Displayed"
DNS, Browser, or HTTPS can produce this message. DNS will probably affect
everyone, Browser & HTTPS are more likely to affect individuals .

"The requested page is currently unavailable"
A normal iPrism block message, More.
If you
should NOT be getting this, you likely have profiling issues, More
"The
requested URL could not be retrieved"
Is likely an HTTPS issue. More
"You are not authorized

Proxy mode users may get this. More

You probably have multiple sub-nets and forgot to setup a Static-Route
in iPrism configuration. More

It is likely an AD replication or iPrism account issue. More

to determine IP address from host name"
DNS server or port problem preventing name resolution. More

Users are
having trouble with HTTPS (i.e., SSL/secure) sites
There are several areas where encryption creates issues. More
Users are incorrectly
blocked or allowed
This leads to profile examinations and possible creation of custom filters.

seeing partial web page content
URL redirects sometimes hit blocked sites, redirecting in "partial"
display from the users point of view. More

Most likely an expired subscription or IUS server connectivity problem.

This RTM message indicates a needed port is blocked. More

Reporting Server) isn't reporting on my iPrisms
One or more iPrism units are probably not configured to

You must be logged in as user "iprism" to access RTM. More
