Graphical reporting supports "at-a-glance" requirements.
Drill down reporting lets administrators traverse from summary to detailed data, providing granularity on demand, rather than running large detailed reports for many users.
Tabbed display allows easy on-screen review of multiple reports.
Scheduled reports (specified runtime) can be emailed, or saved to an FTP site, and saved as PDF or CSV (comma separated values) for use in Crystal Reports, Excel, etc. Note: Saving reports to an FTP site requires an FTP hostname (fully qualified recommended ... i.e., hostname.mydomain.com) or IP address, a directory path (i.e., /somewhere/ftpdrop), and authentication. The FTP password you enter here is transmitted over the network "in the clear." Therefore, do not use a privileged account for the FTP dropbox.
See "Choosing Scheduling Options" in the iPrism Reporting Guide.
Interactive reports (run now) may also be saved as PDF or CSV, and manually emailed or saved to an FTP site if needed.
Report Design Wizard allows you to design, create, and customize reports easily, in addition to iPrism Standard Reports.
"Web Hourly Report" (a new standard report) provides administrators with an easy to read report identifying peak hours of Internet usage, and the ability to drill-down to determine individual users accessing the Internet during those peak hours.
Real-Time Monitoring of web access requests, see:
